Isaiah 2030: Envisioning Our Future

(August 2022) We are pleased to announce the Temple Isaiah Board of Directors has voted to adopt a new strategic plan called “Isaiah 2030: Envisioning Our Future.”

An outstanding team from across synagogue-life was assembled to guide this process. Led by co–chairs Dan Myers and Deb Kirsch, we thank President Julie Bell, EVP Heather Stoneman, Rabbi Jill Perlman, Cantor Leigh Korn, William Colin-Richardson, David Douglas, Michaela Frydman, Dan Greenberg, Chris Karow, Sarah Langbein, Adam Stein, and Jen Boxerman, and our Board of Directors for their time and dedication to this important process.

This is your synagogue – Your Jewish Neighborhood, and we appreciate all of the members who provided input to help us find the best path forward together. During the High Holy Days last year, we launched a census to obtain input from all adult members. We also hosted small group meetings and visioning sessions to gather more in-depth information. Your involvement was crucial to capture the diversity of our congregation and inform our priorities by sharing what is most important to you. Thank you.
