Isaiah Pillars
Isaiah Pillars (formerly L’dor Vador Circle) support our community with their generous annual membership commitment above the sustaining level.
“When I lost my job, we could no longer support the Temple. They noticed we hadn’t paid, called to see if we were okay, and assured me that caring for families in need is central to what Temple Isaiah is about. My family is grateful to remain part of the community during this difficult time. We look forward to making a gift once we get back on our feet.” -Temple Isaiah Member
Each household pledges a tax-deductible membership commitment each year. The amount is voted on at our annual membership meeting and we call it the “sustaining” commitment because we could sustain our budget without an ongoing annual campaign if 100% of our members were able to contribute this amount.
However, the sustaining commitment isn’t always possible for each of our members.
Our Isaiah Pillars are members who support our community by donating 1.5 to 4 times above the sustaining level or more, allowing us to:
• Subsidize our members in need so they can fully participate in Temple life
• Support innovation, including our award-winning youth and education programs, and
• Preserve everything we love about Temple Isaiah
We are grateful to our Isaiah Pillar members who generously support Our Jewish Neighborhood and keep Isaiah strong and inclusive.
