Thank you for volunteering to lead or participate in an Isaiah Circle this year! The response from the congregation has been very positive. As a way of thanking the leaders and participants, we are planning to celebrate this year with a siyyum, which will include a special Israeli-themed dinner before Shabbat services.
What is a siyyum, you ask? A siyyum is a celebratory event at the conclusion of a session of study. Now let’s revel and come together, so we can celebrate our congregants building deeper connections with one another here at Isaiah.
Temple Isaiah will provide a delicious Shabbat dinner at 6:00 pm preceding Shabbat services (at 7:30 pm), at which time Isaiah Circle participants will be recognized with a special blessing from the bima.
Families are invited to come and celebrate as well.
