Wednesday, December 11, 6:45pm to 8:30pm in the Social Hall
Growing up and making healthy decisions about personal relationships is not easy. Our children have some sex education at school but are not taught about the emotional side of relationships. Throughout the years at Noar Night, we offer many different opportunities for our teens and to gain knowledge and tools needed to make healthy relationship choices now and in the future.
As partners with you in guiding our teens to make wise choices during these important teen years, we want to learn with you, learn from you, and learn together from an expert in adolescent relationships. Zephira Derblich-Milea, from Shalom Bayit. a Jewish organization with expertise in this arena will lead an informative discussion about what our kids know and what they are doing. There will also be time for parents to discuss together how to talk to our teens, how to ask the right questions and how to be good confidantes and role models. We will meet in the Social Hall of Temple Isaiah from 6:45-8:30. We’ll provide a light dinner. Please RSVP so we have enough food.
