Candlelight Yoga

Candlelight Yoga: A Journey into Shabbat

Unwind from the week and make space for peace and relaxation with Candlelight Yoga, a gentle practice that blends Jewish spirituality with calming, restorative movement. In this unique hour-long session, we’ll ease into Shabbat together by candlelight, stretching our bodies, minds, and souls. You’ll have the opportunity to release tension and open yourself to hear the still, small voice within.

Led by Kendra Fried, this special Shabbat experience combines yoga, self-massage, and other healing practices to nurture both body and spirit. It’s an ideal way for parents or individuals to take a break, leave the stress behind, and find your inner sanctuary.

This practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. All are welcome!
